Rooted in culturally responsive leadership, the program blends personal reflection, professional practice, and community engagement to nurture leaders who center justice, voice, and belonging.
Participants will:
Develop a clear equity-centered leadership identity
Recognize and disrupt systemic inequities in education
Build capacity to lead inclusive, anti-oppressive learning environments
Strengthen culturally responsive instructional and leadership practices
Foster collaborative school cultures of trust, reflection, and continuous learning
By the end of EmpowerED, participants will:
Demonstrate increased confidence in leading through an equity lens
Apply transformational leadership practices in real-world settings
