Leadership is ME is an empowering program designed for those who lead alone in the home—single parents, guardians, and solo caregivers. Rooted in the core principles of our Leadership is Partnership framework, this course shifts the focus inward, fostering self-awareness, resilience, and intentional leadership within the family unit.

Through Mindful Engagement (ME), participants will build the skills to lead with clarity, confidence, and compassion—transforming personal growth into meaningful change at home and in the community.
